my new ds708 gives me error messages when i use it on euro and a few asian models,it says wifi mac is not matched with ds708.the diagnostics is not available! or the language is not authorized!I read on google that it can happen when you buy a cheap version on the net but mine is bought from a trusted dealer here in Canada...any solution please??On usa models,everything is fine and all my updates are done...Thanks...

Hi,my serial number is ds017q001379 and i registered my tool on the site and did updates,i am in Canada so my language is english,on usa models it works fine,the problem is on asian and euro models.Any help would be appreciated,thanks...By the way,this tool replaced my older ds-708 that was defective....
